Sores in Genitals Area
I have developed sores from past 4 days on my scrotum , penis, between thighs and below scrotum between legs. It itches a lot and a watery like liquid is leaking out around it whenever i touch it.
The upper skin of penis has got swollen.
I have eczema on my hands currently.

This is called scrotal eczema. It should be treated before it develops further secondary infection. Please consult online for proper treatment
