  4. Sore throat. How much dose n duration?

My husband got sore throat 5 days ago due to chilled cold drink now its better but malaise stuffy n runny nose blocked ears not feeling well took cetrizine & montelukast no difference we have azithromycin prescription last time can he take this plz advice how much dose n duration
