Sore throat
Hi
I have sore throat since 1 week...I consulted a ent and he gave me medicine for 1 week but I have no relief. My throat is paining badly and have severe cough. I am unable to speak n my voice has changed. It have effort to speak. I am unable to understand what has happened to me...please suggest what should I do??... I am doing warm saline gargle 5-6 times in a day but no relief

Take a throat swab c&s test to find out any infection is persistent don't go on taking antibiotics unnecessarily as it cud be viral ,continue with supportive therapy
