Sore throat, fatigue

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am having issue of sore throat from last one month, I noticed this after one day I took citrizen for skin itching and my heart beat went rapidly high in night. Now a days I am having dry cough, Bad test in mouth, fatigue, mild fever, yellowish and white tongue. sometimes itching and red skin, Legs feeling lighten then normally.
