It can be a simple throat infection which you get in winters. Kindly consult a general physician for Prescription. Meanwhile, take steam inhalation twice a day and warm water and salt gargles twice a day

Take steam regularly every 6 houry. Karvol plus in steam
Take Azithromycin 500 mg Once daily for 5 days
Take Omeprazole 20 mg half an before food twice daily for 5 days
Take Limcee 500 once daily for 5 days
