Sore throat & throat pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Sir I have feeling throat irritation & nasal congestion from 2weeks and feelings like shortness breathing today . I have seen doctor 6 days before he should advised to test CBC I should test the report is normal bdw i am a somatization disorder patients can I should actually feel shortness breathing or it's only happened because of anxiety and stress ??? How should I instant cure from this my CBC report is Hb - 14.6 , TLC- 8.070 , DC.N - 59 L -31 E- 10

Cbc report is absolutely kk u have just allergic rhinitis with post nasal congestion due which u have developed sinusitis .
