Sore in mouth for 3 months
There is a sore in my mother's mouth for 3 months. She is on homeopathic medicine. Earlier there was a throat pain but now there is no throat pain.

Well the photo isnt clear , but surely isnt just a sore mouth... either it is an ulcer but long standing ulcer can be malignant too, or it i some fungating growth( tumor) ... so it needs a biopsy first and then may b a ct scan or usg should be done and plan the main treatment accordingly
