Some pain near left pelvis joint

Asked for Male, 44 Years

Sir, I am feeling pain near left pelvis and area of ureter. Pain goes down to left leg and when sitting generally ok and in rest condition also almost ok. After doing sit up exercise it regenerate. My age is 44years. Can you suggest me what it could be and what test's I should go for. Thanks
