Some line on the skin

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My Son, 3 years and 10 months old has got something like an horizontal line on the skin above his belly button and two more shorter lines like that above it. I had linear morphea when I was 2 years old but my parents mentioned that what he has seems something different. I'm worried what could it be ?
