Some kind of sore on anal opening
Dear Doctor,
I am out of my city and from past 4 days, I have mild itching on my anal opening and after 2days developed a mild red spot on the anus, it painful when touching. Please check the image attached. I am in small village and can't go back to town for another 3days. Can you please help.
