I used to poop in the morning everyday whenever I woke up I had pressure but from 2 days I'm not having enough pressure and whenever I go to the washroom I have to put alot of pressure still not able to clean myself completely
The opening of the anus I can touch has become thick kind of swollen the hole doesn't open enough too.
The stool is hard and dry in the beginning but pulpy afterwards .
I've been to gym for 1.5 months doing weight training too but not very much weight.

I do feel the pressure but could not pass out stool I've to put a lot of pressure.
I'm very very scared 🥺 do I have piles or what is this I don't want to go through any anal surgery.
