Is it only on face or only on nose. If its only on nose chances of rosacea are more. Apply sunscreen of good brand in morning. Avoid hit and spicy foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Use tretinoin cream at night. You have to continue both things. Gradually after improvement you will reduce the frequency.
