Soft flabby lump in left groin area

Asked for Female, 53 Years

53 Female(5 feet 2 inch, 62.5 kg,no smoking & no alcohol)-Cause of soft flabby lump in left groin area.The lump seems more bigger in night & small in morning with empty stomach.When I can standing I can feel it,but when I am sitting or sleeping,it is not very noticeable.History of hysterectomy for benign cysts(with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy) 11 yrs ago & lap chole 4 months ago for gallstone?
