Pistachio and litle green mung dal which is soaked its called green sprouts is it ok to eat these 3 thing together in a empty stomach. ..eating all 3 together what is a health benefits it is good for maintaining high blood pressure into a normal range na .. .and good for all entire body na my frnds want to knows this answer sir im very much fitness freak guy everyday I do brisk walking 6000 steps 40 min brisk walking do running 20 minutes continuesly .and do exercise in zym. 1 hours and morning I take 4 soaked almonds pistachio and green sprouts in empthy storm bf I take toned milk with safola oats with little hobey green tea 2 time in lunch half cup india gate basmati brown rice without boil brocoli.spinach.cabbage with little pinch salt .with 3 roti of multigrain atta .night 3 multigrain atta with vegetables 30 min brisk walk nd im 6 feet tall 89 kg guy .also take salad 2 time in day night my diet. Is ok na .what to fit
