..soaked almond.pistachio green sprouts
Respected mam or sir is eating 4 soaked  almonds. Pistachio and  green sprotous  all are eating together in a morning together is ok ...or not in a empty stomach ... Or some time a gap is required for eating together ..pls tell me...what is health benefit of eating all 3 together .

There is no additional benefit in eating these together. There is nothing wrong in eating them separately. I didn't know that even pistachios are eaten after soaking them in water. These are all matters of personal taste.
