There are so any pimple type (daane) on face and few on back of my 22 days old infant. Is it serious. ? He is on mother feed only.

better if u attach pic..dere cud lots of reason an infant cud get dese..is it taking milk properly i mean as many time as he shud  ..though fever is nt reliable symptom in a neonate..
