So I was diagnosed with loss of cervical lordosis last mnth. I did few excercises and It got fine. but then since two days Im having vertigo. It gets worse when I go for a walk or when i travel. like even for 15mins distance. is it just because of the neck problem? should I get physiotherapy done or it can be reduced just with excercises. Just scared of the symptoms
