Hi, I am 38 years old male and I had been prescribed to use physiomer Hypertonic Nasal Spray for the treatment of my snoring.. Would this help in reducing the same. My bmi is perfect.I am 5'5 and my weight is 63kg. Pls advise

If the snoring is due to nasal blockage then it might help to some extend but will not give permanent relief. To permanently get rid of ua snoring issue u need to determine the cause and correct it, I suggest u to get a thorough consultation to properly diagnose and treat it
