Severe dry mouth while waking up Severe thirst as mouth is dried very badly Getting cold easily Due to snoring mouth bacteria is affecting gums and causing tooth ache Feeling very tired always Any suggestions to avoid this I am afraid of sleeping nowadays

Hello... Hope u r doing well... The above symptoms might be due to obstruction of airway. A gross deviated nasal septum/turbinate hypertrophy. The symptoms r more suggestive of obstructive sleep apnea Short neck/fat around neck and thick tongue leads to air way compromisation leading to mouth breathing which in turn is causing ur symptoms.
