I am guessing(since I haven't seen a photo ) that those small moles are DPN(Dermatosis Papulosa Nigrans): extra tiny skin growths. They can be removed by procedures like ablative RF or laser. Unfortunately creams dont work. Also, another reason for them to increase is 1. Weight gain 2. Sun exposure... you will need to visit an allopathic dermatologist near you for the exact diagnosis and treatment.
