Small lumps in my right side tongue

Asked for Male, 28 Years

One small lumps in my right side tongue for last 2 year. Its shape and size is constant for last two year. I have no any problem regarding this lumps. But i am worried about my small lumps. Plsss suggest what can we do. If any medicine as my lumps removed. Bethout surgery. Plsssss communicate me why this type of lumps has been occured in tongues. What is the reason.
