Definitely get it checked. Assuming it was not there earlier, else y would have noticed it. There any many things which can be but first choice of inv is ultrasound and blood sugar. If u have recently checked sugar levels- only get ISG. Don’t go for unnecessary inv.
If u feel like - share ur report with me and I ll guide u best treatment.
Meanwhile- keep an eye about any changes in swelling like redness, pain, change in consistency or size.
This could be something benign, like:
• A lipoma (soft, fatty lump under the skin)
• A sebaceous cyst (blocked gland)
• A small lymph node or fibrous nodule
• Or even just muscle knot/tension
You would require a local part ultrasound
