Small bunps with clear liquid

I have small bumps that are filled with clear liquid that come up on my palms and fingers , stay for a bot a week, then dissapear. They return about every month or so. What is that?

Greetings ,You mostly suffering from dyshidrosis.May allergens, physical or mental stress, frequent hand washing, or metals can be some triggers.without seeing the affected area can't say much and also need bit more information regarding same.There is no point in giving non specific treatment without finding the exact cause.Regards Dr shuhaib MP
