Small bumps on forehead

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Ive had these small bumps on my forehead for about 6 months now. I haven't change anything in my diet and i dont use and sort of substances or cream on my face. I just want to know why i have these bumbs and how do i get rid of them. Thank you
