Small bumps all over face

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi Doctors, My wife who is 30 year old, is having small bumps all over her face . The skin was normal and suddenly next morning when she woke up the face was filled with small bumps. There is no irritation or itching . It has been 3 days now. Can someone please suggest what shall we do to cure this.
