Recently I took vitamin D test and the level is 7 and vitamin B12 level is 175.So both are deficient. These symptoms are because of the deficiency?

Some time vitamin D defficiency independently cause or some time it may be secondary to reduced food intake or avoiding going outside whch itself cause less exposure to sunlight resulting in vit D deff. In your case vit B12 also might be contributing. So first supplementation of Vit D   and vit B 12  along with antidepressant will be helpful.  Serum TSH also needs to be assessed.
