I have a problem of slip disc of L4, L5 & S1, filling varry much pain. Recently fill down ward pain of left leg. Doctor suggested to me neorelax mr 8, gabanuron od+, gemcal & also suggested to exacrice twice daily and use ice pad. Is that cure my problem? Or go to surgery.

Surgery if there is root canal stenosis with radiculopathy and vertebral canal AP diameter is less than 7mm.
