Disc Bulge at L5-S1 level, need tips.
Hi all, I was actively gyming, IT professional, never focused on the importance of correct posture, usually slouching all the time. I got my lower back pain since the past 2-3 years and treated it as a normal one, my back muscles and body is also stiff. I got issues with my left leg, unable to walk more than 10-15 min straight having discomfort with standing for long and this impacted my lifestyle unable to travel in metro for even 20 mins. I went to the doctor and got MRI, uploading the report, please suggest ahead. I'm already taking nerve relaxant in the form of Pregabanyl, painkiller is in SOS now as it's been 1.5 months all ready and no anti-inflammatory meds as of now. Taking physio sessions on alternate days and doing yoga to strengthen glutes and core muscles. Pain is still there discomfort is still there, it comes anytime. I feel I've recovered just 10 percent which is very slow, please suggest a right approach to follow.

Visit your nearest pain clinic to know about recent nonsurgical minimal invasive pain procedures..which i think required as for narrow L5-S1 AP diameter which will not recover only by physio and medications..
