Hi,
I have a slip disc.
Earlier, doctor had adviced to strengthen my back muscles, and suggested some basic exercises ..
I stopped in between for months. I again started the exercises from two days. And feel a bit of ache in my back. Is it normal?
Is it because of stiffness in back, getting activated after a long time? Or shall I consult doctor?
