Your symptoms are very vague and for the time being u can as a precaution. Stay in home . Eat and drink only hot food items . And  avoid all cold food items.

Hello.do not panic,can you please explain a bit more about the your problems since when are you having sore throat what did you have need more detailed history so we can get to the right diagnosis and prescribe accurate treatment Sore throat is actually the initial stage of a respiratory infection which usually last for 3-5 days So we can control it with proper medication in initial stage itself Conservative method you can follow Gargle with lukewarm water add some salt to it
