Runny stool and light stomach ace
I had diarrhea 5 days ago and didn't take any medication, it didn't get well. So couple of days back I took care of my diet and ate bananas and plain dal rice, also I took O2 tables twice after eating food. Stomach ace was gone but in the morning have a runny motion and afternoon after lunch I had another runny motion, then I took a Andial tablet. Today morning again had a runny motion twice in the morning and there is slight stomach ace on middle left towards the centre below the belly button. And while passing gas I feel the urge to go to the bathroom but I avoid it. Also I have a sensitive stomach and avoid spicy food but once in couple of months my stomach gets upset and gets ok again.

Kindly don't self medicate, kindly don't take medications until directed by a doctor, both medications wasn't required in your situation. You require ORS at present and an antacid. You shouldn't skip meals, have a liquid diet and slowly increase the consistency based on how you can tolerate the food. Avoid spicy, greasy, oily and junk food, aim to drink 3 liters of water per day
