Slight pain in feet and penis

Asked for Male, 31 Years

From past few month I feel burning sensation some time pain discomfort in my right big toe and feet ,similar feeling I got in my penis ,even where the penis hurt same side I feel in thumb of foot . although the pain is not much but discomfort is there, slight pain also exist for some time after urination or sex
