What is you current serum TSH, have you got vit b12 and Hba1c tests? Yes, get ncv though it can be normal as symptoms are suggestive of small fiber neuropathy

Yes you can go for nerve conduction study. Although the complaints are of small fibre neuropathy and you can check sudomotor response on ncs for small fibre neuropathy. It will also help to find if there is any large fibre neuropathy associated
