Burning sensation
I have been diagnosed with b12,d3 deficiency since then I took the medications for 1 month and injection as an alternative days after that once a week but I missed my injection last time and took two days before I can't sleep well at night or walk around peacefully I have burning sensation and something as nerve contraction type only in my lower part of toes even a painkiller injection didn't have any effect last night I used ice which gives a temporary relief for a while and it's the same again the tablet tonofolic, mecobalamin tablets and vitamin d3 sachet I used for month only but my b12 injection where fine I don't know what to how to cure the burning sensation and pain in toes
