Hello Doctor I'm 25 years old, I started working night shifts since 3 months from then I couldn't get proper sleep. I'm not feeling hungry, I couldn't fall asleep during day after my office.. I lost 6kgs in 3 months.. can I take sleeping pills?? What do I do please let me know Thank you
