Anxiety Night shifts
Hello Doctor, Hope all is well I'm a post Covid patient, Post Covid I was suffering with the anxiety and depression. It become controlled and again started. The question is I'm working night shifts 6 30 pm to 3 30am but sleeping more than 8 hours in the morning, still it triggers the anxiety and depression, If not what may be the reason for anxiety and depression? Please let me know. How to reduce anxiety and depression permanently?

Start with relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation.  Check your triggers , if there are some situations / people triggering it . Work on them , seek counseling therapy session , that will help.  If it is severe you might require medicine.  Consult a psychiatrist for complete clinical evaluation.
