You try to manage according to the need of the baby. It is at times difficult to manage without support of other family members. Do not perceive it as stressful otherwise your anxiety will increase.
Next Steps
if you are unable to manage then talk to a counsellor.
Hi, having a baby is a blessing but it can also be hectic. Getting accustomed to the baby’s sleeping pattern can be stressful. I understand it can be hectic to cope with your baby not sleeping at night. You are not able to get sufficient amount of sleep and it is causing you to feel depressed and anxious. To get help you can consult a psychologist and Counseling sessions will help you. A psychologist will assess if you could be having postpartum depression.
Next Steps
