I am a working professional. Everything in life is going well but I am not able to sleep properly for past 3 4 months. However tired I am I stay awake till 4 5 AM. I get to bed early and tried wakjng up early also but of no use.

Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends. Bed is only to sleep do not read book or use phone on bed.
Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature.
Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom.
Avoid large meals, caffeine, smoking and alcohol before bedtime
Get some exercise.
