I am a working professional in Bangalore, I am having issues with coping up with my work. I hate my job, but the problem is I don't know what skills I'm good at, which I can pursue as a career.
I am losing sleep, unhealthy eating, ignoring myself. Even my marriage is on line because of this. I feel low about anything about myself. I feel like I lost my credebiility, trust with my wife. I have done lot of bad things. I feel like I'm lost purpose in life. I'm not able to move an inch of anything. I m so emotionally dependent on wife, which cause irritation, mistrust given my bad history.
I don't know what to do . At one hand I have everything and on the other I am free falling a slippery mountain.
I wanted to bring back my old me, active, happy , helping .but now I'm not wanted anymore to anyone, even my wife.
I have fear of work. I was promoted, recently, given enough hike, but I'm inside feeling worthless and messing up my work, losing confidence and trust from management. Please HELP

Hi,
Pandemic has made most of our lives difficult and stressful, and people who were already affect by psychological disturbances before covid will find it even more difficult to.handle the disturbances.
Stressful situations and unexpressed emotions can increase negative thoughts, sleep disturbances, irritability, frustration, easily tiring, relationship issues, loneliness, decrease interest, decrease motivation, decrease concentration and attention, body discomfort, etc.
Begin to understand yourself well and the Nature around us. We are not perfect beings, hence trying to becoming perfect or forcing ourselves too much can lead to too unrealistic expectations and stressful situations. Hence we all should begin with accepting our limitations, thus leading to relax mind and platform to overcome our limitations and also state of mind to accept others limitation which will further lead to a better relationship with people around us
Some of us are born with sensitive or emotional personality, they might have lot of positives, strengths, skills etc but may lack in handling emotions during stressful conditions Hence might feel very uncomfortable handling their emotions especially during an emotional outburst with near and dear ones. Such situations can lead to soured/bitter relationship and people might start ignoring you and also people or you might stay out of relationships and prefer to stay lonely. This might enter into a vicious cycle and can influence your personality, decrease happiness quotient and sense of loneliness and abandonment can creep in.
Next Steps
