2 months back my GP Prescribed me alprax .25 for sleeping I took it 4 days and then 0.125 for other 5 days then I stopped and was sleeping well but again from 4 days I'm facing the issue so I started .25 alprax from 2 days is it normal or should I stop it please help..

Alprax is not safe in long term. You need to discuss with your psychiatrist to start on some safer medicines which can be taken on long term for maintenance therapy with out risk of addiction or dependence. Regards.

Disturbed sleep is a symptom of some underlying distress which requires proper evaluation. Popping pills for temporary relief isn't a solution.I suggest you to seek proper consultation for your disturb sleep as alprazolam has Addiction potential when taken for long duration.
