Sleep problems.
I didn't sleep at all last night. I just couldn't fall asleep. I don't have work today. What time should I go to bed? Should I try to go to bed as quickly as possible and make up for it? Or do I stay awake and go to bed at my normal time. I always have trouble sleeping, it usually takes me an hour of lying in bed to sleep. It has been particularly difficult recently, as I've been getting anxiety attacks.
