Dear Doctor
I cant sleep at night...I a working women daily i left home in morning and doing 9 to 6 job but at night i cant sleep b4 5am.Pls tell me why is this happening with me...It from last 1 and.half year almost.

Proper and sound Sleep is very essential for both physical and mental health. While there are many reasons for sleep disorders, but most common one is mental stress or anxiety. Just observe and analyze what's happening in your work, home environment, lifestyle or relationship. Any of these could trigger unnecessary and emotional thoughts which in turn can affect your sleep. Similar, as body and mind are interlinked, sometimes physical condition in body or any other illnesses can also disturb your sleep. So it needs a holistic approach if it's a long term problem like in your case.
