Skin wound issue since two years

Asked for Female, 37 Years

Hello doctor, Please find the attach skin wound issue in right feet. During pregnancy time I had small pimple infection in my leg as per the area attached here.. Due to negligence I left untreated I thought as it's minor pimple problem it will solve itself.. But it's irritating a lot and now since it's two years grown bigger and side areas of skin turned mild white in colour, applied betadine powder, boroline but no help.. Please suggest any medication. My sugar levels are normal too.
