Hello doctor... I would like to share my one problem is that I have a problem on my legs. I have brown velvet spots. And it itches when the growth reoccures after waxing. Its been more than 5 years i have This problem. Wat id the best solution to get rid of this pigmentation.. i really want to get my neat legs.please suggest...
