  4. Skin tags/ milia. In a laser treatment!

Hi Dr., my face is full of small 'skin tags' as per a local dermatologist. He says these can be removed only by laser as there are many. I searched online and i think these are milia. Is there any alternate treatment as am not interested in a laser treatment

If it is milia / skin tag , it has to be removed by radio frequency or by procedural only.., topical applications are not very useful
