Hi there young lady ... Relax .. these are unlikely to be warts and unclear if you have visited a dermatologist for the wart removal cream suggestion and what cream exactly was it? Dont think we can jump to conclusions and assume you are diabetic etc without more details on your medical history and blood tests done recently!! Environmental and Genetics play a big role in the genesis of these skin lesions and do you see a similar pattern in your family members.. dad, mum, aunts, uncle's etc? Yes the most definitive treatment is to remove these via lasers, electro cautery, peels or whatever you and your treating Dermatologist should decide based on your socioeconomic background and accessibility etc If in namm Bengaluru, welcome across in person and we can sort this out ASAP. Good luck and Godspeed 🙏
Next Steps
Online Consultation with me with more details as requested above would be the next step and if in Bangalore perhaps drop into the clinic on prior appointment or will guide you accordingly depending on where you hail from.
Health Tips
Good Quality sunscreen used daily from dawn to dusk preferably with a built in moisturizer and good skin care to prevent recurring lesions and promote a healthy skin.
