Dear mam, I have a 1 question about skin tags ( massa ) on neck area can be removed ?? If i am removed with the help of co2 laser or quatery then this tags will be removed permenantaly because there are so many peoples told me after the use of laser this masssa will generate again on neck area. It is so much costly. So what can i do?
