U can go for laser or rf excision and these are done under local anaesthesia are generally painless,if u have good pain tolerance can be done without any anaesthesia as well

Nothing will work on skin tag topically so you can get it removed by cautery or laser . Local anaesthesia will be applied before a procedure so you will not have pain
