Hey gentleman! So basically skin lesions can be of multiple times. Itraconazole is an anti-fungal so it might not be working if lesion is not fungal. I would request you to send the pic of the lesion and connect back to get the best medicine and proper healing of the lesion. Considering your bypass surgery we would mostly work with topical ointment only which will act locally and not oral tablet. So it won’t affect your heart condition or no interaction with your ongoing medicines.
Next Steps
Get a pic of the lesion. And connect back to discuss further treatment and get your lesion healed without any other complication.
Health Tips
Don’t try medications on your own or by pharmacist as it can react with your heart medications. So kindly connect with doctor to get it treated!
