Skin rash post fever

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Developing a rash all over the body. Had high fever 2days back and was prescribed Antibiotics Azithral 500 for 3 days, 1 tablet per day. Have taken two already, was supposed to take the third and last today. could the rash be because of antibiotic? No other possible exposure. please suggest medicine/ remedy. thanks
